This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist entertainment clients within a dynamic, high-volume business environment.
• Arrange travel logistics, including flight and hotel bookings.
• Process exchanges and issue refunds as necessary.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Review reservations independently to ensure accuracy and quality, proactively correcting any errors.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures in conducting business.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and strive to surpass client expectations.
• Provide authorized after-hours support as dictated by the account.
• Inform clients about essential travel documents and health requirements.
• Maintain stewardship of client records until their departure, including seat assignments, meal preferences, upgrades, and other pertinent details.
• Investigate and offer solutions for travel-related issues.
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to rectify mistakes and prevent future occurrences.
• Accurately apply airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements.
• Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned.
• Prior experience in entertainment travel is a must.
• Proven experience managing travel for film, television, and/or music sectors is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in handling both domestic and international travel.
• Proficiency in SABRE is preferred.
• Strong customer service abilities and creative problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience catering to high-end, high-demand travelers.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
• Consistent and reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience within the travel industry.
• Proficient in utilizing GDS systems.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Flexibility and a proactive, “do whatever it takes” attitude are required.
