Corporate Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Acendas Travel's corporate clients traveling both domestically and internationally.

• Address client inquiries and requests in a call center setting via phone, email, text/SMS, and online booking platforms.

• Manage, initiate, and process reservations by booking and ticketing services for airlines, rail, car rentals, hotels, and limousines.

• Handle a substantial volume of transactions each month.

• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) queues, scripts, and programmable keys to efficiently fulfill travel requests.

• Engage in queue management and project-related tasks.

• Advocate for clients to ensure their travel requirements are satisfied and that customer satisfaction surpasses expectations while adhering to travel policies.

• Oversee and respond to email communications.

• Execute special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four (4) years of corporate travel experience is mandatory.

• A solid understanding of travel agency operations is required.

• The ability to work shifts that cover extended hours is essential.

• Advanced knowledge of the Sabre reservation system is necessary.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong consultative selling skills with the capacity to listen to customer needs and provide informed recommendations.

• Proficient critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with corporate travel technology products is required.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Full-time availability for four 10-hour shifts with either Saturday or Sunday included.

• Part-time availability for up to 20 hours per week, including weekday evenings or weekends.
