This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Assist in the formulation of multi-year strategic plans at both the enterprise and business unit levels.
• Perform market, competitor, and customer analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Evaluate internal performance data to derive strategic insights and identify performance drivers.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Innovation, HR, Technology, and various cross-functional teams to shape strategic priorities.
• Aid in the development of business cases for new initiatives, partnerships, and mergers & acquisitions assessments.
• Create executive-level presentations and briefing documents for strategic planning meetings.
• Work alongside the Strategy Execution and Recognition teams to track the progress and performance of key strategic initiatives.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience with transferable skills.
• Proven experience in supporting strategic planning cycles, including long-term planning.
• Capability to translate market and internal insights into executive-ready deliverables and insights.
• Skills in competitive benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and financial modeling.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues and executive leadership.
• Familiarity with regulatory and competitive dynamics in the insurance sector and strategic partnerships is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities with a strategic perspective.
• Proficient in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and synthesizing complex datasets.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred experience across multiple Property and Casualty business lines, including Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Excess & Surplus.
• Preferred 2–5 years of management consulting or corporate strategy experience with exposure to Property & Casualty.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for divisional/team meetings and other in-person engagements.
• Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the United States; CSAA does not provide visa sponsorship.
