📋 Description

• Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will become a part of a team dedicated to advancing Agero’s corporate strategy.

• Support the commercial and strategy teams by conducting research, analysis, and implementation of our strategic initiatives.

• Deliver essential data and insights necessary for shaping our product and positioning decisions.

• Foster informed decision-making and stimulate positive action in the marketplace.

• Assist in the design and management of projects that align with our commercial strategy.

• Aid product and marketing leaders by gathering internal data, customer insights, and market evaluations.

• Execute quantitative analyses and provide data-driven insights to inform product strategy.

• Conduct secondary research to aid in market assessment and identify significant strategic trends.

• Track and report relevant industry news to support our competitive intelligence efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with a strong academic performance record.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in strategy, management consulting, or an analytical corporate role.

• A strong problem-solving mindset with the capability to perform structured quantitative and qualitative analyses.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Sound business acumen.

• Expertise in research and data synthesis.
