Corporate Services Specialist – Food & Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the implementation of WM's National Account program within the designated portfolio.

• Aid National Account Managers and Project Managers in launching new program initiatives, handling renewals, driving growth, managing acquisitions, mergers, trips, void reviews, and new services.

• Participate in QBRs and meetings alongside Project Managers and National Account Managers.

• Oversee multiple customer interactions through inbound emails and tasks.

• Provide consistent customer support via email follow-ups and outbound calls.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and field teams to manage operational activities, reporting, escalations, setup, and service requests.

• Request service quotes, equipment, and damage claims.

• Record customer interactions in Salesforce and resolve issues by coordinating with relevant departments and procedures.

• Work with internal support teams and escalate exceptions through established channels.

• Minimize service stops and missed pickups while ensuring accurate billing for clients.

• Prepare materials for client forums.

• Conduct client-specific waste-volume reporting, including tonnage, rebates, and contamination data.

• Assist with quarterly scorecards and participate in QBRs.

• Set up new client users and provide training on the E-business portal.

• Serve as a local resource for WM's integrated environmental services.

• Stay informed on local facility news to proactively meet customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside and be eligible to work in the US.

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration, or a comparable alternative.

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited) along with 4 years of relevant work experience may substitute for the degree.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience beyond the educational requirement.

• Capability to enhance customer experience, support sales, manage reporting, handle escalations, service requests, and client programs.

• Proficiency in Salesforce for documentation and customer interaction management.

• Willingness to learn about WM's integrated environmental services.

• Must possess, or be prepared to obtain, a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if necessary for business travel or access to federal properties.
