This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver customer support related to ongoing corporate services processes in partnership with the Operations team.
• Proactively reach out to customers to request necessary documents and information, follow up on pending items, and offer guidance on subsequent steps.
• Clarify procedures for company formation and licensing.
• Keep customers updated on the status of processes and what comes next.
• Identify items that require action from customers and take appropriate follow-up actions.
• Ensure that all information and documents are received by the established deadlines.
• Oversee corporate services processes related to company formation, amendments, and closures.
• Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Offer technical and consultative support to customers.
• Continuously enhance internal processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of requests.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of quality tools such as PDCA, the 5 Whys, and verification checklists.
• Basic knowledge in data creation and analysis.
• Basic understanding of internal and external audit development.
• Basic familiarity with metrics including NPS, CSAT, AHT, and average wait time.
• Basic knowledge of technology tools such as AI and RPA.
• Fundamental understanding of process management, including mapping, documenting, and identifying enhancements.
• Basic experience in creating SOPs, standardizing manual procedures, and developing flowcharts.
• Intermediate experience with company formation, amendments, and closures, including OAB registrations, associations, labor unions, and Boards of Trade.
• Intermediate experience utilizing government platforms such as Boards of Trade, the Federal Revenue Service, and municipal governments.
• Basic knowledge of municipal registrations and updates.
• Experience in customer service.
• Basic understanding of SEFAZ registration.
• Fundamental knowledge of tax regimes: Simples Nacional, MEI, and Presumed Profit.
• Basic skills in using CNAE codes.
• Basic negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Inova Simples.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
