Corporate Security Automation Engineer – IaC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, execution, automation, and enhancement of our corporate security framework.

• Strengthen security measures, align objectives with business goals, and promote automation and self-service functionalities.

• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform to maintain stable, change-managed, and machine-readable enterprise configurations.

• Develop and implement endpoint security strategies consistent with industry standards, including vulnerability management practices.

• Maintain a robust security posture for corporate SaaS applications by configuring vendor features or creating automations to comply with OnePay standards.

• Advance and oversee data protection measures, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and secure data handling protocols.

• Establish secure methods for data sharing with internal teams and external partners.

• Collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, and Security teams to enforce security protocols, sustain critical corporate systems, and foster process enhancements via automation.

• Create and execute incident response and disaster recovery strategies, including conducting tabletop exercises.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years focused on enterprise security in cloud environments.

• Proficient in IaC tools such as Terraform (preferred), Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.

• Demonstrated capability to lead projects and achieve measurable security enhancements through automation, utilizing scripting languages (Python, Go, and/or TypeScript).

• Strong grasp of networking, authentication standards, and security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, CIS benchmarks), with practical experience in ZTNA and DLP solutions (e.g., Netskope, Zscaler).

• Adept at articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influencing decision-making.

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n is an advantage.
