This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Sales meetings: Grasping the business framework, requirements, and challenges of large, multi-faceted farming enterprises. Collaborate with them to effectively convey the functionality, advantages, and opportunities for Halter to enhance value for each business. Oversee the complete sales process, expertly navigating intricate negotiations up to closure.
• Prospecting/Networking: You will be actively prospecting and networking; identifying opportunities and driving pipeline expansion. This may encompass various initiatives, such as events, cold calls, nurture emails, and other strategies that you will be responsible for to foster your own pipeline growth. You will engage with every board member, influencer, senior leader, or connection related to your corporate accounts. You’ll establish a presence within the community and continue to enhance your personal brand and network.
• Account Strategy: You will create and implement account strategies for each potential or existing client. This includes developing stakeholder engagement plans, meeting schedules, key value insights, and every detail necessary to ensure the account's success.
• Account Management: You will collaborate closely with current clients to strengthen relationships, deliver value throughout the organization in partnership with other Account Managers, and clearly communicate value back to clients. You will work with these clients to pursue expansion opportunities and expedite the deployment of Halter technology.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate closely with product, customer success, and support teams to guarantee outstanding results for corporate accounts.
• Forecasting: Facilitate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting.
• Growth initiatives: Refine and enhance account management strategies to boost growth while increasing efficiency and predictability as the company scales.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise customers, navigating intricate sales cycles, and increasing value over time. You likely possess strong existing networks.
• A proactive individual with a solid understanding of complex sales cycles, capable of creating urgency and accelerating deal timelines.
• Strong capability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• A genuine passion for supporting farmers' success. Experience in farm systems or within the agricultural sector would be a significant advantage.
• A positive attitude and a team player with the ability to consistently overcome challenges.
