This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the technical dialogue within the cybersecurity domain, covering areas such as AV, EDR, Incident Response, Forensics, SIEM, MDR, AI Security, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, and more.
• Possess a strong understanding of the Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Prepare and present technical presentations and product demonstrations that are customized to meet customer needs and technical proficiency.
• Oversee and conduct Proof of Values (POVs) by showcasing the unique capabilities and benefits of the CrowdStrike platform in relation to customer requirements.
• Effectively communicate the CrowdStrike platform's value proposition, competitive edge, and technical benefits to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Quickly learn, internalize, and promote new CrowdStrike products and functionalities as they are introduced to the market — transitioning from learning to teaching to selling efficiently.
• Exhibit strong self-motivation with the capability to work autonomously.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; the Sales Engineer should act as the technical liaison between CrowdStrike and potential customers.
• Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills as essential qualifications.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales engineering, IT, consulting, Digital Forensics and Incident Response, or a similar field.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Familiarity with malware analysis, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and risk prioritization frameworks (such as CISA KEV, CVSS, etc.).
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts in relation to threat detection, anomaly detection, or security automation — with the ability to engage credibly with both skeptics and proponents.
• Capability to write and modify basic scripts, preferably in PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Experience with virtualization and VDI technologies.
• Familiarity with large-scale cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
• Proficient understanding of both legacy and modern identity and SSO providers including Active Directory, Entra ID, PAM Solutions, etc.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and comfort in leading presentations.
• Possession of certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS, or participation in security events like capture the flag is a plus.
