Corporate Relocation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary coordinator for relocation services for transferees in accordance with the client’s relocation policy.

• Reach out to relocating employees to discuss the services that have been authorized.

• Conduct needs assessments and organize the authorized services.

• Handle exceptions and liaise with corporate clients regarding issues related to transferees, resolutions, policy management, and suggestions for improvements.

• Generate corporate client reports on a quarterly, year-to-date, daily, or weekly basis as required.

• Follow up with suppliers to guarantee smooth service delivery.

• Coordinate the closing of origin home sales, temporary housing solutions, and home purchase closings.

• Efficiently manage caseloads while keeping in touch with transferring employees.

• Carry out audits to ensure compliance with IRS guidelines.

• Oversee the Buyer Value Option (BVO) and Guaranteed Buyout Option (GBO) home sale programs.

• Support employees in home marketing, evaluating offers, and managing BVO transactions.

• Organize home appraisals, present guaranteed buyout offers, and supervise GBO marketing periods.

• Implement company buyouts when required.

• Manage property inventory and work to reduce carrying costs.

• Maintain relationships with vendors, including real estate agents, appraisers, and other suppliers.

• Ensure data accuracy for each assignment in the Bristol system.

• Provide assistance to other mobility advisors through team meetings, training sessions, client presentations, and general support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent work experience is mandatory.

• At least two years of experience in Relocation and/or Real Estate is required.

• Previous experience with home sales, reviewing BMA's, marketing, inspections, appraisals, and equity funding is highly preferred.

• Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel is necessary.

• A proven history of delivering exceptional customer service throughout all stages of a customer's relocation experience is essential.
