This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, screen, and connect with qualified candidates for corporate positions.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from job advertisement to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements.
• Keep precise records in the ATS and enhance our employer branding.
• At least 5 years of recruiting experience (either in corporate settings or agency).
• In-depth understanding of talent acquisition strategies and tools.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines.
• HR experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Completely remote work setup.
• Flexible contract with opportunities for advancement.
• Possibility of transitioning to full-time W-2 employment, complete with salary, benefits, and bonuses.
