This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, delivering top-tier recruiting support across all business sectors (Federal Financial Management, Program Management, and Information Technology).
• Collaborate with Business Development and hiring teams to thoroughly understand upcoming hiring needs, Key Personnel required for new proposals, pre-award staffing, and the skills that will best connect candidates to open roles.
• Discover qualified talent through innovative sourcing methods, including passive candidate identification on LinkedIn and Indeed, professional networking, employee referrals, and job postings.
• Perform detailed prescreens to pinpoint the best-fit candidates.
• Adhere to the recruitment process defined in Trilogy’s applicant tracking system (Lever).
• Effectively manage offers, contingent offers, and Letters of Intent/Letters of Commitment for Key Personnel.
• Facilitate the creation of well-crafted job descriptions in collaboration with program and hiring managers.
• Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
• Oversee and source multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
• Evaluate applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes while advancing qualified candidates through the recruitment process.
• Assess all candidates impartially and ensure they fulfill all minimum qualifications for each position.
• Maintain exceptional and timely communication with candidates being considered for current or future roles.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Over 3 years of overall recruiting experience
• Experience in federal/government contract recruiting
• Proven expertise with online job boards/websites, passive candidate sourcing, and Boolean search methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Demonstrated experience in technical, program management, financial, and/or corporate recruitment
• Strong negotiation skills and effective candidate closing abilities
• High sense of urgency and attention to detail; the capability to adapt and make decisions based on available information; and the drive to creatively tackle recruiting challenges
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicant tracking software systems
• Ability to build a large, diverse, and highly qualified applicant pool using various approaches
