This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Achieves staffing goals by sourcing and assessing job applicants.
• Provides guidance to managers, oversees relocations, and frequently drafts job descriptions.
• Reviews resumes, conducts interviews, extends job offers, and implements onboarding processes.
• Maintains comprehensive records of all candidates and new hires.
• Oversees the recruitment life cycle to ensure results, efficiency, and an outstanding experience.
• Leverages social and professional networking platforms to identify and attract candidates.
• Investigates and recommends innovative sources for recruiting both active and passive candidates.
• Publishes job postings across various online platforms.
• Proactively builds a pool of qualified candidates in anticipation of future needs.
• Sources, screens, qualifies, and interviews prospective candidates.
• Inputs and manages all activities in the company’s ATS and CRM systems.
• Aids in enhancing the candidate onboarding experience.
• Concentrates efforts on retaining clients and ensuring candidate satisfaction.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience is required.
• A BA/BS degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating and qualifying candidates.
• Proven ability to source both passive and active candidates using contemporary recruiting methods aligned with position demographics and industry trends.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills, along with strong customer service abilities for candidates and clients alike.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
• A positive attitude that demonstrates flexibility, resourcefulness, and self-motivation.
• Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Must be adept at identifying and resolving issues promptly.
