Corporate Real Estate Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify priorities, growth objectives, and operational requirements, translating these into effective real estate strategies and recommendations.

• Oversee the complete execution of real estate transactions, including openings, renewals, relocations, and closures, from initiation to finalization.

• Ensure accountability across cross-functional teams—including IT, Security, Construction, Finance, Legal, and external partners—by establishing ownership, monitoring deliverables, and providing regular updates to all teams.

• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to guarantee projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with minimal disruption.

• Keep precise project and portfolio data in systems, ensuring decisions, risks, and timelines are recorded and accessible, while conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for enhancing processes, systems, and execution standards.

• Deliver clear and concise communication and reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

• Assist in developing scalable and repeatable real estate processes while enhancing overall portfolio visibility.

• Proven ability to convert business requirements into strategic recommendations and actionable plans.

• Strong project management capabilities, including the management of timelines, budgets, and risks.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to clearly articulate complex information and facilitate decision-making.

• High levels of organization, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through.

• Capability to navigate uncertainty and proactively address challenges.

• Background in real estate, workplace strategy, facilities, construction, or a related area.
