📋 Description

• Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and training of new Account Executives.

• Lead a team of Account Executives to cultivate and advance sales opportunities within the Mid-Market segment.

• Promote a culture of performance and accountability among the AE team.

• Mentor and enhance the skill sets of team members while supporting their individual career development.

• Oversee activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to achieve results that exceed quotas.

• Deliver precise forecasts to the VP of Americas & EMEA.

• Collaborate with leadership to pinpoint and initiate strategies that foster both new business and revenue expansion within North America.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing Account Executives in the SaaS industry.

• Demonstrated success in building sales teams from the ground up within the Mid-Market segment.

• A history of exceeding performance as a SaaS Account Executive and effectively leading teams to achieve their targets.

• Proficient in negotiating deals ranging from $10k to $200k.

• In-depth knowledge of value-based sales and proficient management of sales cycles.

• Skilled at analyzing KPI data to detect execution trends and formulate action plans when needed.

• A proactive individual who thrives in an environment that values autonomy and a "trust but verify" culture.

• Experienced in conducting on-site customer meetings and willing to travel approximately 25% for company events, industry gatherings, and customer visits.
