Corporate Finance – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer expert guidance to a cohort of 25-30 undergraduate online learners

• Assist students with academic writing, research, and effective time management

• Conduct one-on-one sessions for resolving doubts, providing academic advice, and reviewing assessment drafts

• Direct students to appropriate reference materials

• Evaluate assessments with comprehensive feedback

• Oversee discussion forums

• Deliver proactive, timely, and personalized support to address student queries and concerns

• Communicate with students through email, phone calls, and online meetings

• Facilitate BAO7000-Corporate Finance for students enrolled in Victoria University Online’s Masters of Financial Planning

• Assist students in understanding concepts related to capital budgeting, valuation, cost of capital, capital structure, and financial strategy

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience

• Master’s Degree or higher in Financial Planning along with 5 years of pertinent teaching experience in an ASIC-approved financial planning course, and/or 5 years of experience as a Financial Planning Professional

• Certification as a Registered Financial Planning Advisor is essential

• Extensive knowledge of corporate finance principles, investment and financing decisions, business valuation, and capital management

• Familiarity with capital budgeting, discounted cash flow analysis, real options valuation, cost of capital, and capital structure

• Proficient in English

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Compassionate, driven, warm, and sociable personality; eager to engage with individuals from various cultural backgrounds

• Access to a working laptop

• Reliable high-speed internet connection exceeding 10 MBPS

• Capability to quickly adapt to and utilize technological platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac

• Availability from 5 pm to 10 pm daily
