• Deliver strategic guidance and supervision for food and beverage operations throughout the portfolio, ensuring uniformity in quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with hotel and regional leadership, owners, and property teams to create and implement resources, tools, standards, and programs for Restaurants + Bars, Culinary, and Meetings + Events.
• Spearhead product and service innovation, promoting operational excellence and upholding the highest standards in culinary, bar, service, programming, and event operations.
• Direct performance by examining financial outcomes, applying cost-control strategies, and devising plans that enhance efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Assist properties with concept creation, repositioning, renovations, and openings, encompassing beverage programming, marketing, and guest-focused initiatives.
• Foster talent growth by overseeing recruitment, training, onboarding, and retention efforts, while mentoring and motivating the upcoming generation of food and beverage leaders.
• Offer leadership and assistance for conferences, corporate meetings, events, and other initiatives across the portfolio.
• Stay informed about industry trends and consumer behaviors by participating in research, workshops, and professional development; implement best practices to continually enhance operations and guest experiences.
• Actively engage, nurture, and inspire food and beverage teams through leadership development and mentorship programs.
• At least 10 years of operational experience within the restaurant and/or hotel sector.
• A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory leadership capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent progressive experience may be considered as a substitute for the degree.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Profound understanding of food and beverage culture, including trends, guest behaviors, and emerging opportunities.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating strong relationships with property operators, ownership groups, and vendor partners.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution, with proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with the talent to convey solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects at once.
