This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Manage multiple strategic programs/projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, effective issue tracking and escalation, status reporting, change management, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring of budget and resource capacity.
• Work collaboratively with enterprise leaders and colleagues to establish program/project prioritization and timing, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and optimizing enterprise value.
• Guide and mentor professional individual contributors through training, development, and coaching, promoting growth and enhancing performance.
• Collect information from various areas within the organization and transform complex subjects into actionable tasks for delivery teams.
• Skillfully convert detailed plans and daily activities into communication materials appropriate for executive audiences.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the program and delivery teams’ operations to proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Ability to operate within confidential agreements with a strong emphasis on compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3+ years of experience in leading project and program management, including managing teams and successfully handling large, complex scopes of work.
• Prior experience in M&A execution from initiation to completion across multiple deals.
• Capacity to adapt, remain flexible, and learn swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in building strong relationships with leadership and promoting collaboration across the organization, leveraging influence rather than authority.
• Excellent team player, capable of working with virtual cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to develop and coach direct reports, establish direction and strategy, and transform groups into high-performing teams.
• Proficient in systems thinking, connecting information across complex environments to ensure proper identification of dependencies, prediction of downstream impacts, and alignment of initiatives with program objectives.
