Corporate Development Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and execute Outreach’s strategy for corporate development that aligns with long-term growth goals.

• Identify opportunities for acquisitions, investments, and partnerships that enhance product capabilities, market presence, and technical differentiation.

• Perform market landscape analyses to guide decisions on whether to build or buy.

• Oversee the entire M&A process, including sourcing targets, valuing opportunities, coordinating due diligence, negotiating, and structuring deals.

• Create comprehensive financial models and present investment proposals to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

• Lead planning and execution of post-merger integration.

• Ensure cultural compatibility and operational continuity.

• Set synergy targets and monitor performance after the deal closes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance.

• Demonstrated success in leading complex M&A transactions from sourcing to integration.

• Expertise in financial modeling and valuation.

• Capability to think strategically while effectively driving tactical execution.

• Experience in presenting to executive teams and Boards of Directors.

• Data-driven and highly analytical mindset.

• Strong integrity and a focus on discretion.

• Preferred experience in high-growth or technology-focused environments.
