Mid-Level Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate the portfolio of judicial and administrative cases for clients, providing guidance on the analysis and preparation of pleadings and legal documents in general, while generating case and contingency reports utilizing the firm's proprietary system;

• Create and implement legal instruments of varying complexity, evaluate risks, perform legal assessments, and recommend optimal legal strategies to facilitate the firm's goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law with active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association); postgraduate qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are advantageous, or specialization in fields such as Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law;

• At least 6 months of experience in law firms or corporate legal departments; advanced understanding of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, particularly in drafting pleadings and analyzing contracts; skills in negotiation and conflict resolution; capacity to collaborate in a team and possess excellent verbal and written communication;

• Proficiency in Civil and Procedural Law, legal research, drafting and preparation of pleadings, managing cases and deadlines, negotiation abilities, and adherence to professional ethics.
