📋 Description

• Assist with commercial operations, including contract drafting and negotiations.

• Work in close collaboration with external regulatory counsel, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a recognized law school.

• Valid license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• Over 3 years of legal practice experience, particularly in commercial contracts and healthcare or life sciences areas.

• Proven experience in advising on HIPAA, handling of PHI, and ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy regulations.

• Strong comprehension of contract structures, legal terminology, and strategies for risk mitigation.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational skills.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines while working part-time (20 hours per week).

• Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management.
