• Establish and nurture strong connections with senior-level corporate and mill management individuals who are pivotal in making or significantly influencing purchasing decisions.
• Engage with relevant stakeholders to negotiate sales agreements, formulate terms, resolve conflicts, and address quality-related concerns.
• Create comprehensive corporate account plans that encompass intricate account strategies, objectives, opportunity identification, and related plans/tactics along with player maps for assigned accounts.
• Develop strategies targeting new system sales, evolution plans, and customer service initiatives.
• Analyze and evaluate competing products/solutions and their market standings; devise and execute strategies and plans to set products apart from the competition.
• Work in collaboration with other ABB divisions, utilizing relationships to optimize ABB's share-of-wallet in designated corporate paper accounts.
• Advocate for the One-ABB strategy during major sales initiatives (including both greenfield and brownfield projects) and incorporate other ABB divisions with corporate purchasing agreements when suitable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Corporate Accounts sales or engaging with senior, C-level customers.
• Proven leadership and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in negotiating substantial contracts, demonstrating effectiveness in negotiation and problem-solving.
