This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Conduct comprehensive acquisition, support, and management of national and international corporate accounts within targeted segments such as foodservice, care, lodging, and facility care.
• Identify key decision-makers among potential clients and build relationships to ensure satisfaction and confidence in all Ecolab Institutional offerings.
• Formulate and execute strategic account plans aimed at business growth.
• Create tailored strategies for each customer based on their current and future needs, fostering a long-term, trusted relationship with Ecolab.
• Utilize knowledge of Ecolab’s complete product suite to design and deliver effective customer proposals that address the specific requirements of each prospect.
• Identify opportunities within prospective customer accounts and effectively coordinate Ecolab resources to develop comprehensive solution proposals that deliver significant value to the customer.
• Prepare sales budgets for assigned customers that pinpoint opportunities both within and beyond the Institutional Division.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies while structuring profitable deals to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Collaborate with global account teams, field sales, distribution, and other divisions, maintaining regular communication within Ecolab to ensure a clear understanding of strategies required to meet customer needs.
• Employ various tools, applications, and reporting methods to create presentations and executive summaries that showcase the value Ecolab provides to customers.
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding assigned customer businesses, sharing this knowledge with key internal partners to enhance the overall customer experience delivered by Ecolab.
• Represent Ecolab and the value we bring at industry events and customer meetings.
• At least 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within the foodservice, care, lodging, or facility care sectors.
• A proactive sales mentality with a strong passion for setting and achieving sales goals.
• Proven experience and a successful track record working with a large, global, matrixed organization, meeting budget and growth objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of effective communication across all levels within Ecolab and among assigned customers.
• Strong customer focus and profiling skills, combined with a strategic mindset and agility.
• Competence in negotiating complex deals and executing pricing strategies.
• Strong business and financial acumen, along with a results-oriented approach.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, able to establish networks across divisions and with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, decisiveness, and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse and multicultural teams and customers.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
