This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engage in the proactive acquisition, support, and management of national and international corporate accounts within specific target sectors, including foodservice, care, lodging, and facility care.
• Identify key decision-makers in prospective clients and nurture relationships to enhance satisfaction and confidence in all Ecolab Institutional products.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans aimed at business expansion.
• Create tailored strategies for each client based on their current and future requirements, fostering a long-term, trusted partnership with Ecolab.
• Utilize knowledge of Ecolab's comprehensive range of products to design and deliver compelling customer proposals that meet the unique needs of each potential client.
• Identify opportunities within prospective customer accounts and effectively coordinate Ecolab resources to develop comprehensive solution proposals that deliver significant value to the customer.
• Establish sales budgets for assigned clients that highlight potential opportunities within and beyond the Institutional Division.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies and structure profitable agreements to achieve revenue and profit goals.
• Collaborate with global account teams, field sales, distribution, and other internal partners, ensuring regular communication within Ecolab to align on strategies that address customer needs.
• Employ various tools, applications, and reporting methods to create presentations and executive summaries that showcase the value Ecolab delivers to its customers.
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding assigned customer businesses and disseminate this knowledge among key internal partners to enhance the overall customer experience provided by Ecolab.
• Effectively represent Ecolab and communicate the value we offer at industry and client meetings.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the foodservice, care, lodging, or facility care sectors.
• A proactive sales mentality with a strong passion for setting and achieving goals.
• Proven track record of success within a large, global, matrixed organization, including meeting budget and growth objectives.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels within Ecolab and among assigned customers.
• Strong customer focus and profiling, complemented by a strategic mindset and adaptability.
• Proficient in negotiating complex deals and executing pricing strategies.
• Strong business and financial acumen, along with a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to create cross-divisional and cross-functional networks within the organization and with customers.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, decisiveness, and effective prioritization skills.
• Experienced in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse, multicultural teams and customers.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
