This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, working in tandem with various internal teams (Customer Success, Managed Services, etc.) to ensure that our existing customers in AP & Telangana derive the expected value from their previous purchases.
• Oversee the contract renewal process from the scheduling of initial meetings to negotiation, contract modifications, and securing signatures, while aiming for customers to renew at an increased ARR rate.
• Reach a target for new sales growth within the customer base in AP & Telangana.
• Advocate for customers by fostering relationships with key clients and cultivating new champions.
• Identify opportunities within accounts and develop value-driven presentations to encourage upgrades and cross-sells.
• Consult with our existing clients to suggest additional solutions from the CrowdStrike portfolio to enhance ingestion.
• Create and implement account strategies and plans to optimize account growth.
• Deliver high-touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as necessary.
• Provide insights to the Product Management team regarding new feature requests and product enhancements from your customer base.
• Proven experience throughout the full sales cycle in account management or acquiring new logos, specifically targeting a technical audience such as engineers, IT professionals, security personnel, and other related fields.
• Strong capability to conduct discovery sessions, manage the complete sales cycle, address objections, implement a multifaceted sales approach involving partnerships, and close deals effectively.
• Basic understanding and/or experience with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC and Sandler.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing expectations in a role focused on individual quotas and/or metrics.
• Ability to efficiently manage a diverse array of daily tasks and adjust priorities dynamically in a fast-paced environment across multiple engagements.
• Strong technical aptitude with a quick learning curve for new concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills showcased through emails, conference calls, client visits, presentations, and internal meetings.
• High comfort level in managing client objections and negotiations.
• Bonus Points: Experience in the Cyber Security industry.
• Experience in Security and/or SaaS Sales.
• Advanced understanding and/or experience with sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
