This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify potential customers and establish long-lasting commercial relationships to enhance the Ford Fleet Management Corporate portfolio.
• Advocate for Ford Fleet Management's products and services throughout the Ford Dealer Network.
• Represent Ford Fleet Management in your designated territory.
• Actively contribute to achieving the FFM target by optimizing new business opportunities from both self-sourced leads and referrals from Ford of Britain.
• Collaborate closely with the Ford of Britain commercial team and the Ford Dealer Network to uncover new opportunities and facilitate joint visits.
• Continuously promote the comprehensive service offerings of Ford Fleet Management.
• Oversee and implement accounts in accordance with established FFM procedures, working collaboratively with all FFM counterparts in line with company standards.
• Ensure that customer actions and requirements are communicated regularly and effectively across the organization.
• Proven negotiation and sales experience is essential.
• Experience in influencing, persuasion, and relationship building is required.
• Self-motivated with a focus on targets and opportunities.
• Ability to deliver solutions and take ownership while exploring new ideas and approaches.
• Strong time management, organizational, and delegation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Intermediate IT proficiency in Microsoft Office products or equivalent is necessary.
• Prior experience in presenting to senior management levels at customers and partners is required.
• Commercial awareness and decision-making capabilities within the given remit.
• Experience in account management within a B2B environment.
• Preferred experience in the leasing industry.
• Preferred knowledge of the vehicle industry.
• Preferred knowledge of LCV products and market.
