
Corporate Account Manager, Adhesives, Eastern Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• Drive new business and focus on growth initiatives
• Identify, target, and secure new opportunities within the adhesives and sealants sector
• Develop and implement strategic territory and account management plans
• Create a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and engaging with the industry
• Manage and enhance existing key accounts while increasing product penetration
• Foster long-term customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Collaborate with clients on formulation challenges and enhancements in performance
• Propose additive solutions (such as antioxidants, UV stabilizers, photoinitiators, etc.)
• Work in partnership with internal technical and product teams to deliver customized solutions
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in adhesives
• Provide valuable insights to aid in product development and strategic planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field (preferred)
• 5–15+ years of experience in adhesives, polymers, or specialty chemicals
• Demonstrated success in new business development
• Strong knowledge of adhesive formulations and additive technologies
• Willingness to travel 50–60% within the US and Canada
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
