This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• Drive the acquisition of new business and foster growth.
• Identify, target, and secure new opportunities within the adhesives and sealants sector.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for territories and accounts.
• Build a strong pipeline by engaging in prospecting, networking, and industry participation.
• Manage and enhance existing key accounts while increasing product penetration.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with customers to address formulation challenges and enhance performance.
• Recommend additive solutions, such as antioxidants, UV stabilizers, and photoinitiators.
• Work alongside internal technical and product teams to provide customized solutions.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and new technologies in the adhesives industry.
• Offer insights to support product development and guide strategic direction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 5 to 15+ years of experience in adhesives, polymers, or specialty chemicals.
• Demonstrated success in new business development.
• Strong knowledge of adhesive formulations and additive technologies.
• Willingness to travel 50 to 60% within the US and Canada.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
