This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop a sales pipeline targeting corporate and mid-market accounts (200–5,000 employees) in the manufacturing, logistics, and construction sectors within the DACH region, leveraging both leads generated by your pod's SDR and your own outbound efforts.
• Engage in discovery conversations that reshape prospects' perceptions of their frontline operational challenges, linking operational friction to financial implications before discussing the product.
• Diligently qualify opportunities using MEDDIC criteria and eliminate deals early when indicators are not favorable — maintaining your forecast credibility is crucial.
• Create compelling business cases that can be presented to Managing Directors or Operations Directors without the influence of sales tactics.
• Successfully finalize deals involving multiple stakeholders, including long-term contracts when appropriate.
• Experience as a full-cycle Account Executive in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or operational enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated success in building your own outbound pipeline in conjunction with SDR assistance, with specific accounts that you initiated and advanced independently.
• Proficient in utilizing MEDDIC or a similar qualification framework throughout your entire pipeline.
• Background in selling to operations or line-of-business decision-makers in organizations with 200–5,000 employees, with the capability to independently engage the economic buyer.
