This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create and manage your own annual, quarterly, and monthly business plan for the territory.
• Identify new prospects from both inbound inquiries and self-generated leads.
• Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and departmental leaders.
• Achieve monthly sales goals by closing new business and nurturing existing accounts at or above quota.
• Sell through internal advocates to various stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level executives.
• Collaborate effectively with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to refine our sales strategy in line with the introduction of new features and products.
• Conduct online product demonstrations, and occasionally in-person presentations.
• Respond to Legal, Security, and Procurement questionnaires and RFPs.
• Market the complete growth platform, focusing heavily on the Enterprise license.
• Coordinate with internal HubSpot teams such as Legal, Finance, and Security to address the more intricate contract requirements of our Corporate clients.
• A minimum of 5 years in a quota-carrying position.
• Proficiency in both English and German.
• Experience within a complex sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to present and pitch to C-level executives regarding business transformations.
• Previous responsibility for high-priority or large accounts.
• Experience managing monthly and annual sales pipelines with proven accuracy in forecasting.
• Goal-oriented with a history of exceeding monthly and annual targets.
• Trained and/or certified in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., Sandler).
