This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Achieve and surpass set unit and revenue sales targets for core products.
• Conduct regular in-person demonstrations of core products for all major accounts.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape by analyzing inventory and utilizing competitive technologies with key accounts.
• Apply a consultative, value-based, and solution-oriented sales approach to create new revenue opportunities.
• Develop and sustain a territory report that includes accounts for core products, unit volume, revenue, opportunity funnel, close probability, and activities through the use of Dynamics (CRM).
• Oversee corporate accounts and complex sales by employing a collaborative approach, pre-call planning, prospecting, and in-person meetings.
• Focus on ongoing improvement by implementing 80/20, PLS, and USa principles/techniques.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required, ideally in a Technical or Business field, or 4 years of sales experience.
• 3-5 years of sales experience is necessary.
• A minimum of three years of sales experience in manufacturing B2B companies is highly preferred.
• Exceptional teamwork, time management, organizational, follow-up, and planning abilities.
• Strong business planning skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Outstanding listening, sales/negotiation, and customer service capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have technical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Must demonstrate tolerance for stress and uphold integrity.
• Self-discipline is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with CRM systems (e.g., MS-Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Travel requirement exceeds 60%.
• Significant automobile driving requirement (80%).
