Corporate Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for clients while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to guarantee that the current customer base is obtaining the anticipated value from their implemented solutions.

• Meet a quarterly target for new sales growth within your designated customer accounts.

• Serve as a customer advocate by nurturing relationships with key clients and cultivating new champions.

• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and develop value-driven presentations to encourage upgrades and cross-sells.

• Consult with our current customers to propose additional solutions from the CrowdStrike portfolio.

• Create and implement account strategies and plans aimed at maximizing customer success and driving account growth.

• Provide high-touch customer service, including managing escalations and coordinating support issues as necessary.

• Relay feedback to the Product Management team regarding new feature requests and product improvements from your customer base.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven 5+ years of experience in managing end-to-end sales account management.

• Strong capability to conduct discovery, manage the entire sales cycle, address objections, execute a multifaceted sales strategy including collaboration with partners, and successfully close deals.

• Some familiarity and/or understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.

• A history of meeting or surpassing expectations in a role focused on individual quotas and/or metrics.

• Ability to effectively juggle a diverse range of daily tasks and shift priorities as needed in a dynamic environment across multiple engagements.

• Strong technical aptitude and the capacity to quickly grasp new concepts.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through emails, conference calls, client meetings, presentations, and internal discussions.

• High comfort level in managing client objections and negotiations.
