This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Snowflake’s evolving product offerings and ecosystem, particularly focusing on AI capabilities, while conducting discovery calls, tailored demos, and presentations for potential clients.
• Develop and implement a territory strategy for Malaysia, identifying, creating, and advancing new opportunities within enterprise organizations.
• Seek out new strategic use cases by engaging with both business and technology stakeholders, grasping their current and future business and IT roadmaps, and positioning Snowflake as a pivotal platform for long-term data and AI transformation.
• Concentrate on nurturing and expanding sales opportunities in your territory by proactively generating pipeline, establishing executive relationships, and advocating for high-value use cases.
• Formulate and execute a sales strategy aimed at meeting quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent activity, disciplined qualification, and robust pipeline development.
• Collaborate closely with Snowflake partners and internal cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance, to deliver value and expedite deal progression.
• Extensive field sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales objectives while selling technical solutions and software products to the enterprise market.
• A proven history of acquiring new logos.
• Demonstrable experience in executing complex enterprise sales strategies and tactics within one or more of the following areas: Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and/or AI/ML.
• Familiarity with a solution-based approach to sales, experience in managing intricate sales processes, and possess excellent presentation and listening abilities, along with strong organizational and contact management skills.
• Capability to treat our product and company as your own, specifically by defining and executing sales plans to meet strategic and financial objectives, utilizing industry, partner, and Go-to-Market insights.
• The ability to provide candid, respectful feedback to foster an inclusive work environment.
• A reputation for enhancing teamwork: Cultivating long-lasting relationships with internal cross-functional partners while promoting an inclusive workplace.
• Proven capability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships.
• Experience in achieving multi-million dollar revenue targets annually.
