This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients while working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure the current customer base is obtaining the value they anticipate from their implemented solutions.
• Attain a quarterly quota for new sales growth within your designated customer base.
• Serve as a customer advocate by fostering relationships with key clients and developing new champions.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and create value-oriented presentations to encourage upgrades and cross-sells.
• Consult with current customers to suggest additional solutions from the CrowdStrike portfolio.
• Develop and implement account strategies and plans to optimize customer success and account growth.
• Provide personalized customer service, including the escalation and coordination of support issues as required.
• Relay feedback to the Product Management team regarding new feature requests and product enhancements from your customer base.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in managing end-to-end sales account management.
• Strong capability to conduct discovery, manage the complete sales cycle, address objections, implement a comprehensive sales strategy that includes collaboration with partners, and close deals.
• Basic experience and/or understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
• History of meeting or surpassing expectations in a role focused on individual quotas and/or metrics.
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse range of daily tasks and adapt priorities as needed in a fast-paced environment across multiple engagements.
• Strong technical aptitude with a quick learning ability for new concepts.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through emails, conference calls, client visits, presentations, and internal meetings.
• High level of comfort in handling client objections and negotiations.
• Experience in the Cyber Security industry.
• Background in Security and/or SaaS Sales.
• Advanced experience and/or understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
