This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee financial planning and analysis for the approximately $3B Transactional Core business, which encompasses forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, monthly closings, and portfolio analytics.
• Propel enhancements in growth, profitability, working capital, and cash generation.
• Integrate and convey the comprehensive outlook while preparing financial reviews suitable for executives.
• Collaborate with regional ITRs, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations, Fulfillment Finance, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Create and execute operational playbooks to boost orders, revenue, margins, cash flow, and productivity performance.
• Provide senior leadership with insights for decision-making and portfolio performance evaluation.
• Improve clarity regarding customer utilization in relation to minimum commitments outlined in MMP contracts.
• Evaluate order recognition and forecasting utilizing commercial pipeline and Salesforce data.
• Aid in the MMP Transformation roadmap through sustainable operating practices and financial governance.
• Work alongside Commercial and Pricing teams to devise strategies that alleviate the effects of inflationary market trends.
• Assist in service execution and fleet readiness initiatives, including ISM, Non-Capital Parts Center of Excellence, and Ready-to-Serve programs.
• Spearhead finance transformation by standardizing, simplifying, automating, and providing actionable business insights.
• Enhance financial and operational transparency through advanced analytics, standardized procedures, and modern reporting tools.
• Promote best practices within Services FP&A and encourage accountability and ongoing improvement.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• At least 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, or equivalent experience outside the U.S.
• A minimum of 2 years in a finance leadership position.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Preferred: A graduate of GE Finance Management Programs, such as FMP or OFLP/CAS.
