📋 Description

• Consistently produce clear, concise, and engaging content tailored for various audiences and channels, including professional, patient, and consumer, across both print and digital platforms.

• Ensure the tone, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards of all copy deliverables.

• Manage and provide direction to a team of copywriters and freelancers.

• Create core messaging platforms for assigned brands and emerging business opportunities.

• Contribute innovative and strategic solutions that foster brand growth and client success.

• Facilitate copy and creative discussions during internal meetings and client presentations.

• Guarantee that all content produced under your leadership meets client goals, regulatory requirements, and agency standards.

• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on your brands by comprehending the science, market, mindset, and motivations behind every message.

• Offer clinical insights and convert complex scientific information into captivating, accurate narratives. Generate original ideas that inspire new opportunities and influence the agency's future.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of copywriting experience within a pharmaceutical advertising agency.

• Background in the Promotional Advertising sector, specifically targeting HCPs.

• Extensive understanding of pharmaceutical agency operations.

• A diverse copy portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles, experiences, and creative thinking.

• Demonstrated success in launching multiple new brands.

• Experience in delivering persuasive presentations for new business pitches.

• Proven capability in managing and mentoring direct reports.

• Skilled in effectively handling multiple client projects simultaneously.

• Mastery of the English language with exceptional attention to detail.
