This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Review and edit promotional content for international pharmaceutical clients, ensuring language, grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, and compliance with brand/client guidelines.

• Conduct proofreading to confirm that no text has been unintentionally added or removed.

• Implement MLR reviewer feedback in the final compliance copy.

• Proofread ISI against the approved document.

• Format documents in accordance with journal and conference standards.

• Ensure compliance with the AMA Manual of Style, brand style, and client-specific guidelines.

• Deliver high-quality edits consistently, surpassing client expectations.

• Engage in knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to resource documentation.

• Attend lead team meetings to discuss strategies for complex review resolutions.

• Take part in client calls and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or English.

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail and precision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Familiarity with the AMA Manual of Style and specific client style guides.

• Capability to work under tight deadlines within a collaborative team setting.

• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Ability to mentor and guide team members.

• Proven experience in delivering high-quality, error-free documents.

• Experience in client-facing roles or involvement in client calls (preferred).

• Background in developing training materials and leading training sessions (preferred).

• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives (preferred).

• Willingness to contribute to knowledge-sharing and documentation efforts (preferred).
