📋 Description

• Comprehend business requirements and devise solutions utilizing Copilot Studio (previously known as Power Virtual Agents)

• Develop, configure, and enhance chatbots and AI agents

• Integrate solutions with Power Automate, APIs, and external systems

• Convert business specifications into interactive conversational experiences

• Set up connectors and automation workflows

• Assist with the deployment and ongoing maintenance of solutions

• Ensure adherence to best practices, security, and governance throughout the Power Platform ecosystem

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to streamline processes and implement AI-driven solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents (PVA) for creating and configuring chatbots and AI agents

• Experience using Power Automate to develop flows and automations linked with agents

• Familiarity with integrating APIs and external systems through connectors and REST APIs

• Understanding of the Power Platform, including environments, solutions, permissions, and deployment

• Experience in gathering requirements and functioning in a consultative role, converting business needs into conversational solutions

• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on addressing business challenges

• Exceptional communication skills with both functional and technical teams

• Collaborative and results-driven profile

• Highly organized and capable of managing responsibilities autonomously
