Coordinator of Recruitment and Selection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the Recruitment & Selection (R&S) team by allocating tasks, tracking performance, and fostering both technical and behavioral growth.

• Manage recruitment processes with a strong emphasis on high-volume vacancies, technical positions, operational roles, and leadership opportunities.

• Serve as a consultative partner to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and leadership, comprehending hiring needs, job descriptions, and market trends to create effective attraction strategies.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, from the initiation of job openings to the final offer stage.

• Build and continuously enhance the talent pipeline, ensuring efficiency, quality, and diversity in recruitment.

• Design and implement R&S tools, methodologies, and metrics, while monitoring results and suggesting ongoing improvements.

• Develop and maintain a talent pool, engage in candidate sourcing (headhunting), and establish partnerships with universities and job fairs.

• Create and oversee entry programs including internships, traineeships, and apprenticeships.

• Ensure consistency and quality in the execution of interviews, tests, and assessments.

• Track metrics such as Service Level Agreement (SLA) for filling vacancies (time-to-fill), early turnover rates (in the initial months), and selection accuracy rates.

• Lead strategic and/or confidential recruitment initiatives.

• Enhance the candidate experience, reinforcing the employer brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection, particularly in strategic and high-volume hiring.

• Proven experience in leading teams.

• Familiarity with candidate assessment methodologies and tools.

• Proficient in utilizing metrics and data to inform decision-making.
