This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Works closely with management and the Team Lead to implement process improvements and contributes to the execution of both departmental and company strategies.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for IRB clients, delivering outstanding customer service to enhance the overall client experience.
• Exhibits a thorough understanding of various IRB processes and submission requirements.
• Actively supports both internal and external clients by assisting with a diverse range of tasks.
• Guarantees prompt responses to customer inquiries.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a science-related field, or a High School Diploma with three (3) years of relevant industry experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an IRB, health-related field, or clinical research.
• Familiarity with FDA and OHRP regulations, as well as ICH guidance pertaining to informed consent and institutional review boards.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office products and CRM software.
