This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead the development and consolidation of the alliance and communication ecosystem in Mexico, establishing the program as a reference for inclusive employability and ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders to create tangible impact.
• Design and direct the national strategy for alliances and communication, aligned with the regional objectives of Comunidad al Empleo, ensuring coherence, scalability, and impact in Mexico.
• Map, segment, and prioritize strategic stakeholders (companies, chambers, NGOs, multilateral organizations, and the public sector), developing a robust pipeline of high-value alliances focused on enhancing employability.
• Structure, negotiate, and formalize collaboration agreements, ensuring clear value propositions for each partner and focusing on generating concrete opportunities for inclusive employability.
• Develop and strengthen an ecosystem of employers, promoting continuous engagement, loyalty, and active adoption of the program's solutions (Inclusive Employability Toolkit and Hiring Accelerator Suite).
• Lead the communication and positioning strategy in the country, ensuring narrative consistency, cultural relevance, and alignment with the regional strategy.
• Optimize communication and advocacy campaigns, focusing on raising awareness about diversity, inclusion, and employability, thereby expanding reach and influence.
• Grant interviews to media coordinated by the agency, contributing to enhancing the program's visibility.
• Proactively position the initiative as a reference for inclusive employability in Mexico through consistent narratives and qualified presence in relevant channels.
• Develop strategic content and impact reports, translating data and results into clear narratives for partners, funders, and global stakeholders.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs for alliances and communication, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Systematize learnings and best practices, contributing to the regional scalability of the model.
• Actively collaborate with regional and global teams, ensuring strategic alignment and knowledge sharing.
• Demonstrate high adaptability in a dynamic context, taking on new priorities and challenges as the program evolves (2026–2028).
• Higher education in areas such as Communication, International Relations, Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Strong experience (ideally 7+ years) in strategic alliances, business development, institutional relations, or advocacy.
• Proven track record in managing and negotiating with high-level stakeholders, including companies, the public sector, multilateral organizations, or the third sector.
• Experience co-leading institutional communication strategies or impactful campaigns.
• Experience in building and managing multi-actor ecosystems or networks, focused on generating shared value.
• Previous experience in social impact organizations, employability, inclusion, or economic development (highly desirable).
• Proven ability to work with goals, indicators (KPIs), and impact reports, with a results-oriented focus.
• Previous experience in flexible work models (projects, consultancies, freelance) is an important differentiator.
• 100% remote in Mexico – 100% flexible
• Strategic position in a phase of continuity and expansion in Mexico, requiring high autonomy and structuring capability
• Flexibility in engagement formats: freelance, part-time, or tailored models according to profile
• Project with a defined duration (2026–2028)
