This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Ensure an SLA of ≤ 10 minutes (direct protection of marketing investment)
• Conduct daily audits of CRM and conversations (RD Station / RD Conversas)
• Engage in critical negotiations (turning leads into live sales)
• Maintain a minimum productivity of 50 interactions per consultant per day
• Eliminate bottlenecks in the sales funnel in real time
• Lead daily rituals (dailies focused on numbers, not discourse)
• Implement true meritocracy: high-quality leads go to those who convert
• Conduct weekly roleplays and technical training sessions
• Address low performance with a structured plan, timeline, and metrics
• Identify sales funnel bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements
• Collaborate with marketing on the quality and narrative of leads
• Shorten the sales cycle and increase conversion rates
• Structure and optimize multichannel cadence
• Enhance the sales engine.
• Experience in high-performance sales (B2C high-ticket or B2B consultative)
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems (RD Station or similar)
• Proven experience in pipeline management and cadence
• Analytical skills (data reading + immediate action)
• Availability for intensive operations (6 days a week)
