This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Management, development, and adjustment of processes, service methodologies, and project governance.
• Team management, including performance evaluation, continuous feedback, monitoring of performance, and development of analysts.
• Conducting 1:1 meetings to support the professional growth and well-being of employees.
• Providing technical and procedural support to the team, guiding activities, deliverables, and conflict resolution.
• Analyzing information, gathering evidence, and creating presentations for managerial decision-making, accountability, and knowledge dissemination.
• Breakdown and alignment of institutional and operational strategy, participating in the planning, governance, and process construction to enhance efficiency and agility in execution.
• Assisting Project Leaders in conducting meetings with business areas, clients, suppliers, and the internal IT team.
• Monitoring pending issues and deliveries alongside suppliers, business areas, the curation team, and other stakeholders.
• Tracking satisfaction levels of business areas and clients.
• Analyzing and proposing improvements to business processes, focusing on simplifying IT solutions.
• Defining, monitoring, and analyzing indicators and KPIs for systems, squads, and institutional metrics.
• Providing executive and operational reports on results, indicators, and the progress of activities for management.
• Overseeing the complete development cycle, from idea conception to production implementation and support for products and services.
• Managing internal projects, studies, scenarios, and indicator analyses to assist leadership in identifying business opportunities.
• Actively participating in operational meetings, ceremonies, and cadences with clients and delivery teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Spanish proficiency.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related IT fields.
• Systemic understanding of business processes.
• People management skills.
• Career management experience.
• Process and quality management, adhering to best ITIL practices.
• Knowledge of ITSM.
• Familiarity with infrastructure service management.
• Experience with monitoring systems and APM (Zabbix, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Datadog, etc.).
• Understanding of architecture.
