This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead strategic growth and innovation initiatives within the business to drive accelerated growth and strategic impact.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute growth strategies focused on acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and recommendation.
• Identify growth opportunities across various channels, products, processes, and stages of the funnel.
• Develop growth hypotheses and turn them into practical experiments.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, confidence, and revenue generation potential.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and technology teams to enhance business outcomes.
• Structure scalable processes for demand generation, lead qualification, conversion, and customer relationship management.
• Lead applied innovation initiatives within the business.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance productivity, automate processes, and improve customer experience.
• Coordinate projects involving AI agents, intelligent automations, virtual assistants, automated workflows, and tool integrations.
• Map out manual or inefficient processes and propose solutions using AI, no-code, low-code, or front-end development.
• Keep abreast of trends in technology, AI, marketing, product development, and automation to propose new solutions.
• Support the establishment of an internal culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive the creation, validation, and launch of internal or external MVPs.
• Participate in defining problems, opportunities, hypotheses, requirements, and value propositions.
• Assist with research, discovery, benchmarking, and market analysis to inform new solutions.
• Structure journeys, workflows, pages, prototypes, and digital experiences.
• Engage in Product Led Growth initiatives, seeking ways for the product itself to generate acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Collaborate with technical, creative, and commercial teams to transform ideas into testable solutions.
• Measure the performance of MVPs and recommend evolution, scaling, adjustments, or discontinuation.
• Proficiency in automations, agents, and functional AI.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and sales funnels.
• Experience with MVP and product management.
• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills (backed by arguments and data).
• ROI and revenue-focused mindset.
• Design sensibility to create simple user journeys.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, IT, or related fields.
• Specialization in Innovation, Technology, or similar areas.
