This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Culture Management: Serve as an ambassador for Cibra's Culture, executing the current strategy and suggesting continuous improvements.
• Ritual Management: Lead the design and implementation of cultural rituals.
• People Ecosystem: Integrate the Culture strategy with topics related to Climate, Well-Being, and Development.
• Certifications and Diagnostics: Support the DHO team with requests related to GPTW.
• Change Management: Oversee Change Management for Cibra's strategic projects.
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct impact diagnostics to structure change initiatives.
• Planning and Scheduling: Structure and monitor the Change Management timeline.
• Training and Readiness: Recommend specific training plans for each project.
• Success Monitoring: Perform periodic checkpoints to assess the adoption of changes.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in areas related to Organizational Human Development.
• Certification in change management methodology.
• GPTW knowledge.
• Climate Survey experience.
• Understanding of organizational culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Remote work (no corporate office).
• Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification.
