• Foster the growth of the converter ecosystem by discovering and nurturing new direct and indirect converter opportunities
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass annual business targets

• Establish and sustain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
• At least 10 years of core Industrial B2B sales experience
