This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Implement the sales strategy in partnership with Division Leadership to meet revenue goals
• Foster the growth of the converter ecosystem by discovering and nurturing new direct and indirect converter opportunities
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass annual business targets
• Guide, inspire, and develop the sales team to reach individual and collective performance objectives
• Establish and sustain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
• At least 10 years of core Industrial B2B sales experience
• Proven leadership and team management skills
