This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Driving profitable sales growth within designated converter accounts.
• Implementing sales and growth strategies that enhance share of wallet.
• Identifying priority opportunities through effective pipeline management.
• Supporting projects from concept development to qualification, commercialization, and final delivery.
• Articulating differentiated technical and commercial value propositions.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to provide effective customer solutions.
• Fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Significant experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing complex customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, influencing, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong capabilities in sales planning, execution, and opportunity management.
• Robust analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Commercially savvy with strong business and financial acumen.
• Agile and results-oriented, capable of navigating complex markets and supply chains.
• Proficiency in both English and Swedish.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
