Conversion Rate Optimization Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategic optimization: You will be accountable for the ongoing enhancement of conversion rates throughout the entire funnel — from the initial click on the landing page to a qualified lead inquiry.

• Hypothesis-driven testing: You will design, prioritize, and oversee systematic A/B and multivariate tests aimed at eliminating user friction and consistently elevating lead quality.

• User experience & journey: In close collaboration with our website team, you will enhance landing pages and funnel logic to deliver a top-tier user experience.

• Data-driven insights: Utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar, you will conduct in-depth analyses of user behavior to generate data-supported recommendations for web performance.

• Interface management: You will collaborate closely with Performance Marketing to ensure that ad creatives and the landing page experience are perfectly aligned, ultimately reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) sustainably.

• Innovation & trends: You will keep an eye on trends in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and AI, translating them into actionable growth strategies for 1KOMMA5°.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of relevant professional experience in CRO, web analytics, or growth hacking — preferably with a focus on products that require explanation and lead generation (B2C).

• A degree (e.g., Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science) or a similar qualification with a strong emphasis on data and user behavior.

• A comprehensive understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical significance, and commonly used testing and analytics tools.

• You enjoy delving into data, can articulate complex relationships clearly, and extract actionable priorities from your analyses.

• You possess an intuitive understanding of sales psychology and can effectively merge technical requirements with a seamless user journey.

• You are proactive and independent in your work and are motivated to actively contribute to the energy transition within a dynamic, purpose-driven setting.
