This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

• Design and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels (Facebook Ads → PWA/App/Landing/etc. → registration → deposit)

• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing at all stages of the funnel

• Analyze campaign and funnel effectiveness based on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CR, FTD, ROI, LTV, etc.)

• Work with various types of funnels, including PWA and WebView solutions

• Build and optimize redirect logic and traffic routing

• Engage with cloaking solutions (understanding platform principles and limitations)

• Set tasks and monitor funnel implementation in TDS (traffic distribution logic, redirects, routing)

• Collaborate with media buying teams, developers, designers, and testers to enhance conversion rates

• Monitor and scale effective connections.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in gambling/betting/affiliate marketing

• In-depth understanding of the complete funnel cycle: from advertising to deposit

• Practical experience with cloaking, redirects, mirrors, and TDS (Keitaro, Binom or similar)

• Basic understanding of technical infrastructure: server geolocation, CDN/hosting, event tracking

• Experience with PWA, WebView, and other moderation bypass solutions

• Strong analytical skills: ability to select appropriate metrics and accurately interpret test results

• Knowledge of Facebook Ads specifics for gray/sensitive niches
