Conversational AI Specialist – Knowledge & Customer Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain knowledge content for conversational AI solutions.

• Convey information in a concise, current, and customer-centric manner.

• Design service workflows within the conversational AI platform.

• Model dialogues, processes, and procedures.

• Evaluate knowledge content and conversation flows through testing.

• Challenge existing solutions and contribute innovative ideas for the ongoing enhancement of the AI.

• Collaborate with the CORE team to advance conversational AI solutions and implement enhancements.

• Work closely with business units to gather requirements and convert them into user-friendly AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree, such as in Communication Studies, Business Communication, Media Informatics, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• Ideally some hands-on experience, such as in Customer Service, Knowledge Management, Marketing, or with digital products.

• A keen interest in Artificial Intelligence and a readiness to experiment with new tools and technologies.

• Capability to clearly articulate complex content with a focus on customer needs.

• Empathy, strong communication abilities, and a structured approach to work.

• A passion for collaborating with various departments.
